Treasures of the Lytham St Annes art collection

A selection of paintings, sculpture and oriental ivories.  Paintings include “Queen Katharine’s Dream” by Henry Fuseli, R.A. (1741 -1825) which relates to Shakespeare’s “ Henry VIII (Act IV, scene II).  Ivories include Japanese “okimono” carvings by craftsmen such as H. Masayuki.

Treasures of the Lytham St Annes Art Collection”  Runs until July 25th at the Fylde Gallery, Booth’s store, Haven Road, Lytham. Free Admission Monday – Sat. 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Sundays 10 a.m. – 3.30 p.m.
