Deep red and very juicy, our English beef tomatoes have a lingering, sweet taste. Our growers have been producing tomatoes in the Isle of Wight sunshine for 20 years, and in season they harvest the crop by hand every day to keep these delicate tomatoes in peak condition. They’re at their best cut and drizzled with olive oil for a simple salad, or stuffed with garlicky breadcrumbs and olives to go alongside a herb-rubbed lamb steak – and, of course, a slice is just right for topping a barbecued burger.
