Ingredients

  • 50ml Cuckoo Supernova Gin
  • 25ml Rosé Vermouth
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • Rosemary sprig
  • Grapefruit peel
  • Tonic water
  • Ice
  • Large wine glass to serve

Instructions

METHOD

  1. Fill the wine glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the gin, vermouth and sugar syrup and muddle to mix.
  3. Top with tonic water and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and peel of grapefruit.
  4. Double the ingredients and repeat the method for a second glass.
