Ingredients

  • 50ml Caorunn Scottish Raspberry Gin
  • 10ml fresh lime juice
  • Fentimans Rhubarb Tonic Water
  • Ice
  • Garnish
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Raspberries

Instructions

METHOD:

1. Fill a highball glass with ice and pour over the gin.
2. Add the lime juice and top with the tonic water.
3. Garnish with a strip of fresh rhubarb and a couple of raspberries.
