Raspberry Rhubarb Highball
Ingredients
- 50ml Caorunn Scottish Raspberry Gin
- 10ml fresh lime juice
- Fentimans Rhubarb Tonic Water
- Ice
- Garnish
- Fresh raspberries
- Raspberries
Instructions
METHOD:
1. Fill a highball glass with ice and pour over the gin.
2. Add the lime juice and top with the tonic water.
3. Garnish with a strip of fresh rhubarb and a couple of raspberries.
