Ingredients

  • 1tsp corn flour OR 2tsp potato flour
  • 300ml gluten free chicken stock
  • Juices from your roast meat

Instructions

It’s really easy to create a gluten free gravy so everyone can enjoy a fantastic roast dinner.

  1. Tip all the fat and juices out of the roasting tin into a bowl to cool, so that the fat rises to the top and is easier to skim off.
  2. Put the roasting tin on the hob over a medium heat, and stir in the potato flour or cornflour. Cook until it is beginning to brown.
  3. Pour in the stock at little splash at a time. Continue adding the stock, stirring well to ensure lump-free gravy.
  4.  Spoon the fat off the juices in the bowl and add the juices to the gravy. Taste and season.
