Chorizo French Bread Pizzas
Ingredients
- 1 small baguette, cut in half lengthways
- 60ml pizza sauce
- 60g mozzarella, grated
- 10 slices chorizo
- Pinch of oregano
Instructions
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220°c / 200°c Fan / 428°F/ Gas Mark 6.
- Cut the small baguette lengthways and press with a rolling pin to flatten.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the cut side of the bread and sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Garnish each pizza with chorizo and sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted and is golden brown.
Chef’s Tip:
Use slices of courgette or red onion for a vegetarian twist.
