Ingredients

  • Packet Booths wild rocket
  • 8 slices of napoli salami
  • 200g Mistoliva black and green pitted olives
  • 8 slices of proscuitto di parma
  • 8 baby plum tomatoes
  • 8 slices of chorizo gran doblow
  • Greenhalgh’s pepper and red onion bread

Instructions

Take a large plate and on to this arrange, in the centre, a packet of Booths wild rocket, drizzled with Booths olive oil.

Surround the rocket with Napoli salami, Mistoliva black and green olives, Proscuitto di Parma, chorizo Gran Doblow, baby plum tomatoes sliced lengthways into two and sprinkled with a grind of sea salt and black pepper and some roughly torn chunks of Greenhalgh’s pepper and red onion bread.
