Shore Seaweed Crisps began on the isolated shorelines of Wick in North Scotland where the historic superfood of seaweed grows.

The region’s cool, clean waters provide the perfect conditions for nutrient-dense seaweed to thrive.

Seaweed requires no fresh water, fertilisers or feed and even absorbs CO2 as it grows. All seaweed is handpicked to allow for natural regrowth, meaning it is a 100% sustainable food source. Once picked the seaweed is carried back to the factory in Wick and air dried to preserve the goodness. Seaweed is rich in natural umami and filled with minerals, fibre, calcium, potassium, antioxidants and iodine making it the perfect healthy boost to fuel your day.
