Founded in 2017, Feather & Down are a brand dedicated to helping the nation sleep better.

It’s no secret we all need and want more sleep. The goal is aiming for quality sleep each night, allowing us to wake feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. The reality can be very different.

In an independent study, Feather & Down discovered that adults in the UK are under-sleeping by an hour every night. We are leading fast-paced lives that leave us exhausted and unable to switch off at night, with many of us struggling to get to sleep. We’re waking tired, and many of us don’t have a bedtime routine — a bedtime routine is not just important for the little ones!
