Ingredients

  • 1 quarter of a lime
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 part Eldorado Rum
  • 3 parts Booths Champagne

Instructions

Mash together 2 lime wedges and 5 mint leaves with a pestle and mortar. Mix 1 part El Dorado Rum with 3 parts Booths Champagne, then pour it over the lime and mint mixture.

Garnish with 5 more mint leaves.
