Founded by husband and wife team Chris and Amy Cheadle in 2011, Lancashire based The Northern Dough Co. was inspired by a love of everyone’s favourite food, pizza! Chris and Amy wanted to create the very best pizza at home, and soon realised that fresh dough was the answer, but that making it from scratch involved lots of time and planning.

With four generations of bakers in the family, they discovered that creating batches of fresh pizza dough, made with only natural ingredients, and freezing it into perfectly portioned dough balls meant that they could make fresh pizza at home simply by defrosting, rolling and topping their dough, then baking it in the oven. The result was the very best freshly baked pizza, and The Northern Dough Co was born. With two frozen dough balls per pack, you can create delicious pizza, calzone, flatbreads or even doughballs for the whole family, with all of your favourite toppings or dips. Simply defrost, roll and create!
