Tasting Notes

Refreshing and light with a full flavour. Made from a blend of East Anglian malted barley, Boadicea and First Gold hops and malted wheat. It is chilled and gently filtered to preserve the aromas and flavours. Spindrift is top-fermented and it should be served chilled with a thick, continental-style, head. On the beer fizzy scale it's probably about mid way ﾖ it's not as fizzy as a lager, but it's fizzier than an ale.
