How did you get into cycling – any tips for beginners?

I’ve always liked biking from mountain to BMX, road riding is new for me and I am very much a beginner myself so no tips yet!

What’s your favourite cycling snack?

A Banana

What’s the one piece of kit that you need for a long ride?

Padded shorts!

Why are you keen to support Cure Leukaemia by riding the London 2 Paris?

Unfortunately one of my close friends got a form of blood cancer last year and thankfully he has recovered from it. I told him I would do this ride for him!

Do you think you’d survive a zombie apocalypse?

Of course! I’d leave them for dust on my bike! ????
